What is Keepsake Couture?
There is always an opportunity or occasion to give a thoughtful, yet inexpensive card or gift and Keepsake Couture is a wonderful source for many different types of keepsakes. Products range from handmade cards, gift tags, altered tins, notepad sets, and monogrammed stationery. We hope that you find the perfect keepsake to keep for yourself or give to a loved one!

We are always looking for ways to expand product line to incorporate items that will liven up any gift-giving occasion. We welcome your ideas and suggestions for new products!

 

Who is Keepsake Couture?
Keepsake Couture products are designed by Emily Tisdale, a marketing professional by trade who moonlights as a craft artist whenever she gets any available moment.

Her love for handmade goods started in arts and crafts class in kindergarten and something about putting time and effort into a gift and giving it to a loved one has really sustained her "class" throughout the years.

She has been scrapbooking for a little over 10 years and her latest craze is card-making and working on other projects that provide instant gratification.  She is a self-proclaimed stationery and office supply geek and is always looking at ways to personalize her surroundings with unique décor and supplies.

Emily is the designer of the all crafts but get loving support from her husband and sister in keeping up with the shipping needs and web support for the company.

What types of items are available?
Keepsake Couture products are handmade / hand decorated and range from cards, gift tags, altered tins, notepad sets, and monogrammed stationery just to name a few.  We are always looking for ways to expand our product line to incorporate items that will liven up any gift-giving occasion and we welcome your ideas and suggestions for new products!

 

What types of products do you use to make the keepsakes?
We use only archival quality supplies that are acid and lignin-free on our products. Other than using fun and classic papers to liven up our products, we also use a variety of different quality adhesives and embellishments.

 

If I like a particular card, can I order a set instead of buying each card individually?
Absolutely - custom orders are happily accepted! If you see any item in our gallery that you would like to buy in larger quantities, please contact us for more information. In many cases, we provide a volume-based discount on orders of at least 1 dozen.

 

Do you accept custom orders?
We happily accept custom orders! If you have a project idea in mind that you don’t see in our gallery, please contact us to discuss your idea and to make the appropriate arrangements.

 

Are the products available for wholesale?
Absolutely! If there are certain products in our gallery or if you have an idea for a custom order and are interested in carrying Keepsake Couture products at your store or on your website, we are happy to oblige. Just email us to inquire and we would be happy to send ordering information and/or samples for your consideration.

 

How do you store the products once they are completed?
All items are stored in a poly envelope upon production to ensure that the item is in excellent condition upon delivery to you.

 

How do I use my shopping cart?
To add items to your cart, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button located at the bottom of the product page. To view your cart, remove items from your cart, or to check out, click  on the “View Cart” button on the left menu bar.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we use PayPal as the secure way to conduct all transactions on our website. You can pay securely with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account.

Money orders or cashiers check are also accepted – just email us to work out the details.

 

When are orders shipped?
When Paypal is used to pay for an in-stock item, we ship the item the next business day. For orders paid with money orders or cashiers checks, items will be mailed the next business day after payment is cleared through our bank. If you are interested in receiving your items more quickly, please email us to work out the details.

Custom orders will be shipped using the same timelines as in-stock items as soon as the order is completed.

We will follow up with emails to confirm your order and to let you know that we have shipped your order.

 

Where do you ship to?
Shipping is available to the Unites States and Canada.

 

What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges vary depending on the amount of items that are ordered.  We use the United States Postal Service for all our shipping and ship either via First Class Mail or whenever possible, Priority Mail.  We try as much as possible to make sure your order arrives safely. Shipping insurance is available at an extra cost.

Shipping tiers are as follows:

Order total between $0.01 - 5.00 = $2.00
Order total between $5.01 - 15.00 = $4.00
Order total between $15.01 - 25.00 = $6.00
Order total between $25.01 - 49.00 = $10.00
Order total between $49.01 and up = $12.00

 

What is your privacy policy?
It’s simple – we will never share/sell your information, period.

 

What is your return / refund policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your product, we will issue you a 15% discount on your next Keepsake Couture order (excluding shipping/handling costs). Customer satisfaction is very important to us and if for any reason you are unhappy with our products, please contact us so that we may work on meeting your needs.
